About Paclitaxel Protein-bound Particles
- Nanoparticle albumin-bound (nab) formulation of paclitaxel.
- Used in metastatic breast cancer, non-small cell lung cancer and, in combination with gemcitabine, metastatic adenocarcinoma of the pancreas.
- Reconstituted with 0.9% sodium chloride to a 5 mg/mL suspension; administered as an intravenous infusion.
- Store vials at 20–25 °C in the original carton, protected from light.
