About 5-Fluorouracil
- Fluoropyrimidine antimetabolite (50 mg/mL).
- Colorectal, breast, gastric and pancreatic adenocarcinoma, typically in FOLFOX / FOLFIRI style regimens.
- May be given as intravenous bolus or continuous infusion depending on protocol.
- Store at 20–25 °C; protect from light and do not refrigerate.
