About Olaparib
- Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor.
- Ovarian, fallopian tube and primary peritoneal cancer (maintenance), HER2-negative BRCA-mutated breast cancer, pancreatic and prostate cancer with relevant mutations.
- Usual dose 300 mg twice daily; 100 mg tablets allow dose reduction.
- Store below 30 °C in the original pack.
