About Fosaprepitant Dimeglumine
- Prodrug of aprepitant; substance P / NK1 receptor antagonist.
- Prevention of acute and delayed chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting with highly and moderately emetogenic regimens.
- One 150 mg intravenous infusion on day 1, given with a 5-HT3 antagonist and dexamethasone.
- Store vials at 2–8 °C.
