About Abiraterone Acetate
- CYP17 inhibitor used with prednisone/prednisolone in metastatic castration-resistant and high-risk castration-sensitive prostate cancer.
- Usual dose 1,000 mg once daily on an empty stomach.
- Available as 250 mg and 500 mg tablets to simplify daily dosing.
